Who can apply for website care services?
Our website care plans are created for all WordPress website owners, whose websites are not infected or broken in any way.
In case your website falls into any of those three categories (not WordPress, infected, or broken), please shoot us an email at tijana@rescuemymaidservice.com for further consultation.
Can I change my web care plan at any time?
You can upgrade or downgrade your website care plan at any time. Just send us an email to tijana@rescuemymaidservice.com and we will upgrade or downgrade your plan starting from the first of the next month.
How can I cancel my subscription?
We are sorry to see you go! If you want to cancel your subscription, please send us a message to tijana@rescuemymaidservice.com
Once your package is cancelled you will receive website care until the end of the cancelled month. You can re-sign up for our services at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
In order to equitably promote fairness to all of our clients and to protect the integrity of our products and services, we have a No Refunds Policy.
In case of cancellation, your plan will stay active through the end of your current charge cycle. For example, if you were charged on April 25th, and you canceled your subscription on May 5th, your website care will last until May 25th. After that, no further charges will be made.
What's NOT included in a web care plan?
New pages, larger website redesigns, new functionality, and/or re-development are not included as part of your web care plan.
Email management issues are also not included unless otherwise agreed.
Web care plans do not include the cost of hosting and domain name renewals, nor a renewal of any license purchased before signing up. For a full list of premium licenses renewed by us check out our Premium Licenses part in the list above.
What do manual website edits include?
If your website was previously created by us, we cover any small change within your website such as adding/removing text, images, testimonials, etc. Anything you need to change on your existing pages, we can do for you.
If your website wasn’t built by us, we can take care of the following:
- Content changes (adding or removing text)
- Image changes (with image optimization)
- Adding blog posts (writing is excluded)
- Updating colors or fonts of any element
What If I need more website edit hours?
If you need more help with your website, we can offer customized hourly packages. Please reach out to tijana@rescuemymaidservice.com for further assistance.
Are SEO services included in the plan?
Our Growth and Deluxe include a specific number of organic keyword tracking. No further optimization services are included.
