Will employees have their own login?
In the All Access plan, each cleaner receives their own login. Shared login plans are designed for group or onsite training sessions.
How can I track progress?
Does it matter how my in-field training is structured?
How long will the prep take before I introduce this to my employees?
That depends on how much of your training system is already in place. If you already have supporting documentation or are using the Training Document Template Bundle, setup will be quick. The Template Bundle is included in All Access and available as a separate purchase for other plans.
How long is the cleaner training program course?
The total video time is just under two hours, and the certification exam typically takes 15 to 20 minutes.
What kind of questions are on the cleaner training program exam?
The exam includes 100 multiple-choice and true-false questions pulled directly from the course lessons.
What score is considered passing?
That’s up to you. You’ll see each cleaner’s total out of 100 points and can decide what counts as passing for your company.
What do I need to do on my end to implement the course into my training?
We recommend watching all the videos first, so you know exactly what your cleaners will be learning. From there, add any company-specific steps or documentation you want to pair with each module.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final since course access is granted immediately after purchase. Annual plans renew automatically, so if you need to cancel, make sure to do it before your renewal date.
