Rescue My Maid Service (“RMMS”) provides digital products, programs, and services designed for cleaning business owners. Because many of our offerings include instant access, downloadable materials, or time-based work, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, templates, documents, graphics, manuals, and similar items are non-refundable. Delivery is immediate, and these products cannot be returned.

Courses and Programs

Access to courses delivered through Thinkific or any other hosting platform is non-refundable once access is granted.

Subscription programs renew automatically. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but past charges are not refundable.

Digital supporting templates or manuals included with CTB or other programs are non-refundable.

Estimator App

Fees paid for the Estimator App, including setup, customization, or usage, are non-refundable once delivered or once setup work has begun.

If you cancel Estimator App hosting, the app will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, access will discontinue.

Doc Templates

Doc Template purchases are non-refundable due to the immediate and permanent nature of digital access.

Website Creation

One-Page Website Creation

Because of the short turnaround time and immediate start of work, refunds are not available.

Multi-Page Website Creation

You may cancel within seven (7) days of purchase for a prorated refund. The refund amount will depend on the work completed prior to cancellation and may be up to 100%.

Website Care

Website Care services are non-refundable. Monthly plans can be canceled for the next billing cycle but are not refunded for the current month once work has started.

Marketing Services

Marketing services require commitment periods and advance notice for cancellation.

• Social Media Management: 30-day cancellation notice required
  
• Google Ads Management: 3-month minimum commitment
  
• SEO Management: 4-month minimum commitment
  
• Meta Ads Management: 3-month minimum commitment
  
• Email Marketing: Non-refundable

Payments already made are non-refundable once service for that period has started.

Digital Systems and Support Services

Automation work, system builds, site audits, and ongoing support retainers are non-refundable once work has begun. Deposits for project-based services are also non-refundable.

Events

Event purchases (general admission, VIP access, recordings, add-ons, or other event-related products) follow the refund terms stated on the individual event page. Refund availability may vary by event.

Preferred Employer Program

The Preferred Employer Program is free. No refunds apply.

Errors or Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase, contact support@rescuemymaidservice.com within 3 days, and we will review the situation.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks for products or services listed under non-refundable categories may result in suspension of access to RMMS programs or services. We encourage you to contact us first so we can assist.
